Founded in 1977 by Joe Pigford and Robert Reichek, Dyad has persisted
and excelled in the Texas construction market weathering several market
cycles.
In January 2006 Joe Pigford and Rick Trask formed Dyad
Construction, L.P. This re-joining of two (or "Dyad") positions our core
construction teams to implement controlled growth coupled with built-in
incentives to service our clients as we move forward.

Currently we have three major construction teams
bringing over 400 years of combined experience in the Houston market.
We recognize that being selected as your builder creates a special opportunity
to demonstrate Dyad's level of commitment to quality, cost effectiveness and
timely success of all projects we choose to undertake.
Our staff is
hand picked and carefully groomed and promoted within to deliver on our pledge
of quality and exceptional service. Each project has a principal-in-charge
coupled with a team of professionals dedicated to excel. We feel direct owner
involvement at every level by Joe and Rick makes a difference to our
clients.
Our growth as a company has been carefully monitored to
assure that our commitment to quality and service never waivers.

hundred million dollars worth of construction.
- Constructed over fourteen
million square feet of tilt wall construction.
- Constructed over six
million square feet of institutional buildings, elementary, intermediate and
high schools.

list of clientele who provide glowing references and repeat business.
- Created a staff of
professionals dedicated to excel. The average length of service to Dyad is 12.7
years.

relationships in the Houston, Austin and Abilene construction community of
