Testimonials
Marq*E Center Phases 1
& 2: Thanks for catching that sidewalk grade issue and for asking the
question before it became a problem. We really appreciate the diligence and
attention to detail that Dyad brings every day. You always want to do the right
thing and we really appreciate that.
It's refreshing
working with a conscientious pro-active contractor that has a team attitude and
that can bring value to a project by identifying potential issues and resolving
them before installation. We hope to do a lot more work with Dyad in the
future. (Exerpt from an email
to Bruce Casares, Dyad VP of Operations, May, 2011.) |

Don McGill Toyota:
This has been a difficult contract (Don McGill Toyota in Katy) in that we have
remained open for business during the construction process. Demolition of all
buildings and reconstruction required considerable cooperation of the
contractor for parking and traffic flow. This contractor's diligence and
conscience were recognized throughout the process which certainly required a
team effort.
Without
question, this has been a pleasant and professional
relationship.

Spring ISD Academy @
Wunsche: Words cannot express how proud we are of the fact that Dyad
constructed our facility. Your craftsmanship will forever be part of CWHS &
SISD. As the building is complete and construction is drawing to a close we
will miss seeing our friends from Dyad.

ProLogis Sugar Land
Corporate Center: Dyad completed Sugar Land Corporate Center on a fast
track schedule and with impressive attention to
quality.
Dyad has been
ProLogis' alliance contractor in Houston and Austin since 1992 completing over
5,000,000 square feet of warehouse facilities. They have never failed to
complete a project within the committed time frame and often complete early.
Their expertise with due diligence and value engineering makes them a true
asset to the team.
Again,
congratulations and thank you for providing excellent service to
ProLogis!

I strongly recommend
putting Dyad Construction on the bid list for the expansion of the Finger
Warehouse. They constructed all three of the buildings in Sugar Land Corporate
Center and I am very pleased with their work.
Rick
Trask's whole team has been excellent to work with and I will continue to use
them on other projects. (Excerpt from Mr.
Matthews' correspondence to Finger Furniture.) |

Dyad
Construction has built three projects for me over the last six years. I would
use them whenever possible. Every project team I have worked with has been very
professional, effective and accommodating.
The first project was a ten
million dollar Performing Arts Center for our Westfield High School. This
project was completed on time, within budget and was constructed to exacting
standards of quality. |
 |
| The
second was a ten million dollar elementary school. This project was completed
on time and within budget overcoming many obstacles due to the delay of
utilities by the developer. |
|
| The third is probably our most ambitious project to date. It is a
thirty-three million dollar Career and Technology Academy. The completion date
for this project is December of 2006. Dyad is completing enough of this
facility this summer that we will be able to open for the fall 2006 semester!
Some of our students will be in portables but should be in their permanent
classrooms by September. By their hard work and commitment to help us we will
open this facility one full year ahead of what was anticipated. |

| It was a pleasure to work
on the Monument Chevrolet project with Dyad Construction. Their entire team,
including Joe Pigford, Rick Trask, Neil Copelin and David Berthold, went out of
their way to please the client and make this difficult project a
success. |

Kenneth L. Turnell, AIA Castles Design Group |
A common objective is to
work towards closing out a project as soon as possible. Dyad has met or
surpassed this objective on every project they have built for our
District.

Your 24/7 commitment and
attention to quality and the dedication of your management team to getting the
job done was unsurpassed.

|
| In the sometimes
adversarial world of design team versus contractors, I have known your company
to be a team player, focused on working with the team to achieve the best end
for the project, rather than concentrating on just the contractor's interests.
Joe Pigford and the entire Dyad team are, and I believe you will continue to
be, an asset to the construction industry. Working with Dyad Construction is
always a pleasure. |

It was a remarkably smooth
process considering we were remodeling our school during the school year.
Dyad's foremen were always courteous and sensitive to our needs. The quality of
Dyad's work is excellent and when there was a need to alter or change something
we found them to be very responsive.
I would recommend Dyad without any
reservations. |

| I highly recommend Dyad
Construction. This firm brings a true commitment to their projects for
excellence. They constantly monitor their own process from start to
finish. |
